Public Education for Schools (Fire Prevention for Pre-K/Kindergarden)

The National Fire Protection Association organizes “Fire Prevention Week” every October for fire departments across the nation. The goal is to educate our children on fire safety and prevention.  The NFPA focuses on specific learning objectives annually and the Madison Fire District promotes these objectives through our interaction with the schools.  Eac year, the Madison Fire District visits every kindergarten and Pre-K program in Madison, providing education and handouts.  If you are interested in having a public education event for your group please contact FF. Dustin Sample at the District Office.  The phone number is 440-428-6531.
